Every donor has the right to:

• To be informed about the mission, goals and purposes of the recipient organisation, for which the donation it is planned to use, as well as about the possibilities of the organisation to use these funds effectively.

• Be sure that the funds will be used for exactly the purposes for which they were donated.

• Be aware of what people work in the organisation and expect them to be honest when monitoring the use of the donation.

• Get acquainted with the organisation's financial and operational reports.

• Receive appropriate public recognition.

• Be assured that the donation will be treated with respect and confidentiality to the fullest extent permitted by law.

• Expect all relationships with individuals representing the recipient organisation to be fully professional and honest.

• Make sure in the organisation's accounting about the use of your donation.

• Get your donation back if it's no longer needed for the fund.

• Ask questions and get true and open answers immediately.
